Hi! Welcome to DREAMEN ENGLISH. We are an online education company in Shanghai with 1000+ students/600+ teachers and hundreds of millions of financing.
We are looking for Remote International English teachers for Chinese students aged 7-14.
Requirements:
a) English native speaker, North American accent is preferable.
b) Teaching experience (more than one year)
c) Bachelor's degree in any field
d) Equipment (desktop or a laptop with a webcam; a headset with microphone; high-speed internet and props)
Responsibility and contract:
a) We highly recommend teachers to work at least 7.5 hours/week. (15 time slots per week at 30 minutes per time slot)
b) 6 months or one curriculum cycle. Please inform DREAMEN ENGLISH 2 weeks in advance if you want to take time off during your contract.
c) Class duration: 25 minutes of active teaching time. After that, teachers may take a few minutes to leave comments. The total time commitment is 30 minutes per class, not including preparation time. 3 minutes are allowed for possible tech problems before a class is cancelled.
Salary and bonus system:
a) Basic salary: $7-9/class
b) Bonus system(monthly): $30-60
Working schedule:
Beijing Time(GMT)
Monday-Friday: 6pm-10pm
Saturday/Sunday: 9am-12am 1pm-6pm
